"Humane Leadership" Program
Creating a Mindset of Knowledge, Compassion & Service
Founded in 2004 by Paula T. Webb and Mark Douglas, the AMI has taken the country by storm. Initially providing Humane Leadership classes to community colleges, local churches, and only available to ordained professionals - the AMI has since branched out to host their programs on-line, eventually graduating scores of individuals who went on to either feel validated with their unique perspective on their relationship with the animal kingdom, or to build or enhance Humane Leadership within their communities. This also includes several first responders creating programs for their departments.
Today the AMI is more committed than ever to providing programs for anyone seeking a higher perspective and dedication to being one of God's stewards toward all of His creatures. The program has now evolved into allowing anyone (meaning ordained and non-ordained alike) to participate, giving them validation as to their personal journey as God intended. This program is especially critical today, given the world and political climates; validating your sense of stewardship toward our animal companions that will assist you in navigating these troubled times.
Genesis 2:15 - We are stewards, not owners. God still retains ownership of his creation.
As the Lord says, inPsalm 50:10-11, “For every wild animal of the forest is mine, the cattle on a thousand hills.
I know all the birds of the air, and all that moves in the field is mine.”
He breathed life into animals and man, and made them living souls.
“The Lord is good to everyone. He showers compassion on all His creation.” Psalm 145:9
